I am accepted to mark Communication Studies, i have not been able to login on either the familiarization or the marking platform.

I am trying to reset my password so i can try to do a payment to get my replacement certifiecate but to no avail

Same here! I can't even do a password reset. It's telling me invalid credentials!

I am also having this problem. I submitted a ticket that was closed without  getting any credentials or assistance for log in 

 I've been experiencing the same issue. Despite multiple password reset attempts, I still can't access my account. It's frustrating and seems like there's no resolution in sight.
