Not able to login on emarking portal

I am accepted to mark Communication Studies, i have not been able to login on either the familiarization or the marking platform.

I am trying to reset my password so i can try to do a payment to get my replacement certifiecate but to no avail

Same here! I can't even do a password reset. It's telling me invalid credentials!

I have been also getting this problem. They have sent me additional password resets and still no access
